What the job is
Survey scope: Boundary and ALTA surveys, deed research, subdivision and easement plats, topographic and profile surveys, and digital terrain modeling.
Mapping and layout: Aerial mapping and photogrammetry, utility locating and mapping, survey control and benchmarks, construction layout, ADA compliance surveys, and as-built surveys.
Deliverables: Electronic survey drawings, mapping, data, and documentation, including AutoCAD-compatible drawings when required.
Service term: One year with up to four additional one-year renewals; individual assignments will have defined scopes and schedules.
