What the job is
Monday–Friday: Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock consumables, remove trash, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and clean entrances and entrance glass.
Tuesday and Thursday: Clean common areas, hallways, elevator, and gathering spaces, including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and spot-cleaning.
Quarterly deep cleaning: High dusting, interior windows, elevator carpet extraction, floor stripping/waxing/buffing where applicable, and detailed restroom and surface cleaning.
Supplies and staffing: Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, materials, and restroom consumables.
Service verification: Maintain service logs, provide monthly supervisory inspection reports, and correct deficiencies within 48 hours.
Term and pricing: One year with four optional one-year renewals. Include monthly and annual rates, plus pricing for periodic deep cleaning and additional or emergency services.
