What the job is
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, twice daily; morning cleaning completed before 10:00 a.m. and evening cleaning completed before 8:00 p.m.
Cleaning: Floor care, dusting, high-touch disinfection, trash removal, reachable glass cleaning, kitchen surface sanitation, and litter removal around the complete building perimeter. Public restrooms serviced twice daily; staff restrooms once daily.
Periodic tasks: Weekly detailed cleaning and monthly dusting of high surfaces, vents, and grilles. High-level glass is handled separately.
Supplies: The library provides cleaning supplies, equipment, and restroom consumables.
Pricing: Monthly rate and 12-month total, plus an hourly rate for additional cleaning and event support. Typically up to four events per month occur outside normal hours.
