What the job is
Facility: 12,000 square feet across four floors, with six restrooms.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, eight hours per day within 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding designated holidays. Anticipated start: November 16, 2026.
Janitorial: Clean offices, restrooms, lobby, carpets, floors, and common areas; remove trash and replenish restroom supplies. Include monthly restroom floor scrubbing and quarterly fixtures, vents, walls, doors, baseboards, and tile maintenance.
Grounds: Weekly mowing to a maximum height of 2½ inches, edging, weed control, annual mulching, shrub trimming, planting as needed, and parking lot debris removal.
Snow and ice: Clear parking lots and sidewalks before 7:00 a.m.; use calcium chloride on lots and specify sidewalk ice melt.
Optional services: Quote separate rates for twice-yearly carpet cleaning and interior/exterior window washing, plus annual building and sidewalk pressure washing.
Resources and pricing: Supply all labor, equipment, and cleaning materials. Provide monthly janitorial and grounds pricing, snow removal rates, and material markup.
Availability: Local office in Wytheville or surrounding counties, at least five years of relevant experience, telephone response within one hour, and on-site response within two hours.
