Emergency repairs: 24/7 service with an on-site technician within four hours of notification.
Staffing and access: U.S. citizen technicians with Virginia HVAC journeyman licenses or higher; allow for security searches and access delays at Bon Air.
Service term: From award through June 30, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals.
Pricing: Provide separate pricing for each location, indicating all-inclusive maintenance pricing and/or time-and-materials rates, including overtime rates and parts markup or discount.
