What the job is

Specialized moves: Handle laboratory equipment weighing 1,000–1,500 lbs., with a hydraulic foot pump and suitable lifting equipment. Provide an on-staff electrician for modular furniture hookups and space management support.
Schedule: As-needed services through October 31, 2027, with four optional annual renewals. Respond within 48 hours to schedule estimates; standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with after-hours work as requested.
Storage: Provide secure temporary storage with permanent walls, a raised floor, and fire suppression monitored 24/7 by a UL-approved monitoring system.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates for vans, trucks, drivers/supervisors, helpers, and space managers; overtime labor rates; and weekly/monthly storage rates per square foot. Include parking, insurance, and overhead; travel time and mileage are not reimbursable. Vehicle rates remain unchanged after hours.
Coverage: Carry workers' compensation and $1 million each in employers liability, general liability, and automobile liability; confirm bonding capacity up to $100,000.
