What the job is
Scope: Mow all grass areas, trim around structures, equipment, fencing and landscaping, and edge sidewalks and walkways. Provide all labor and equipment.
Grass height: Maintain a uniform cut between 1½ and 3 inches, with trimming matching the mowing height.
Cleanup: Pick up litter before and after service, clear grass and debris from sidewalks and parking areas, and place collected debris at the designated on-site disposal location.
Schedule: As needed, estimated every other week, within 72 hours of notification. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, completing each visit the same day.
Term and pricing: One year, with four optional annual renewals. Quote a firm price per mowing visit covering all services; visit quantities are not guaranteed.
