What the job is
Scope: Provide all labor, sorting, packaging, loading equipment, transportation, and recycling to R2 or e-Stewards standards. Neither site has a forklift, loading dock, or pallet jack.
Materials: Mixed computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, cables, and UPS backups; batteries remain installed in devices. CRT monitors and televisions are excluded.
Volume and schedule: Approximately 8,000 pounds annually, not guaranteed. Service both sites approximately every 30–45 days or at an agreed collection threshold, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with seven days’ advance notice.
Data security: Sanitize or physically destroy all storage media; provide chain-of-custody documentation and recycling/destruction certificates showing collected weights, commodities, and confirmation of data destruction.
Pricing: Include all service costs in fixed per-item or per-pound rates for an initial two-year term. Specify material credits, minimum pickup tonnage, and unaccepted items; no separate trip or container exchange charges.
