Administration building: 3900 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115 — two 2-yard rubbish containers and one 2-yard recycling container, each serviced three times weekly. Thursday service requires advance approval.
Maintenance center and garage: 4747 East 49th Street, Cuyahoga Heights, OH 44125 — one 4-yard rubbish container weekly; one 8-yard rubbish container and one 8-yard recycling container three times weekly; one 20-yard rubbish container serviced as requested.
Easterly: 14021 Lakeshore Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44110 — two 10-yard rubbish containers and one 10-yard recycling container weekly; one 40-yard rubbish container serviced as requested.
Southerly: 6000 Canal Road, Cuyahoga Heights, OH 44125 — one 6-yard rubbish container and two 8-yard recycling containers weekly; two 40-yard rubbish containers serviced as requested.
Westerly: 5800 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, Cleveland, OH 44102 — two 10-yard rubbish containers weekly and one 10-yard recycling container every two weeks.
Eight Cleveland pump stations: Rubbish collection for one 2-yard container on casters every two weeks; one 2-yard container on casters monthly; five 4-yard containers monthly; and one 8-yard container monthly, distributed across separate sites.
Pricing: Provide rates per lift or pickup, plus weekly rental rates for 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 20-, and 40-yard containers. Separately list container exchange, weight overage, and recycling contamination fees. Include fuel, transportation, and standard disposal costs.
Service requirements: Collect paper, cardboard, plastic, and glass through single-stream recycling; accept clear recycling bags without contamination charges; provide annual recycling tonnage reports by location. Respond to service requests within one business day and begin service within two business days.
