Beaver Creek containers: Five rear-load trash dumpsters: one 2-yard at Group Camp, one 3-yard at Horse Camp, and three 4-yard at the picnic area, Family Camp, and Maintenance; plus one recycling dumpster at Family Camp.
Guilford Lake containers: One 2-yard trash dumpster at Shelter and three 4-yard trash dumpsters at Beach, Campground, and Maintenance/Office; plus one recycling dumpster at Campground.
Schedule: Weekly trash pickup May–October and on-call November–April; Guilford Lake Maintenance/Office requires weekly pickup year-round. Price recycling monthly May–October and on-call November–April per the pricing grid; the scope documents list weekly summer recycling, so please identify your pricing assumption.
Service requirements: Collect between sunrise and 2 p.m.; respond to extra pickup requests within two business days and service changes within two weeks. Complete missed pickups within three business days or issue a credit.
Term: Two years with an option to renew for two additional years; pricing firm for the initial term.
Pricing: Provide separate totals for each park for four weeks of July trash service plus one recycling pickup, including all fees and surcharges. Itemize per-container monthly rates, extra pickups, delivery, removal, relocation, and off-season charges. Specify your preference for removing or relocating unused containers and keep per-container rates fixed for container-count changes within 20%.
