What the job is
Facility and schedule: Approximately 19,600 sq. ft. across two floors; daily cleaning, seven days a week, for one year. Weekday cleaning must occur outside 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Periodic services: Monthly floor buffing; quarterly glass, vent, and fixture cleaning; semiannual carpet cleaning, floor recoating, exterior windows, and high dusting; floor stripping/waxing and static-free server-room floor care.
Equipment and supplies: Include labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning products. Toilet tissue, paper towels, dispenser soap, trash liners, and replacement light bulbs are provided.
Personnel: Fingerprint background checks and access badges required, including approval of at least two cleaning technicians, a supervisor, the owner/signer, and carpet cleaning staff; include background-check costs.
Pricing: Provide annual and monthly routine-service pricing, separate per-square-foot rates for operations-room and general carpet cleaning, and hourly rates for additional general and emergency cleaning. General cleaning requires 24-hour notice; emergency cleaning requires four-hour notice. Operations-room carpet covers a removable floor and requires a suitable cleaning plan; other carpets require truck-mounted steam cleaning.
