What the job is
Schedule: Four-hour seminars offered at least monthly, both in person and virtually, planned for December 1, 2026–September 30, 2027.
Qualifications: 501(c)(3) nonprofit provider with current Virginia OES DRS approval for the curriculum, instructors, and proposed service areas.
Curriculum: Effects of separation or divorce on children, parenting responsibilities, financial responsibilities, and conflict resolution.
Coordination: Include outreach, referrals, eligibility screening, registration, scheduling, completion certificates, and post-seminar evaluation. Services must be free to eligible participants.
Safety and reporting: Include domestic violence screening, fingerprint-based criminal history checks for participating staff, secure participant records, and monthly activity and outcome reporting.
