Survey cycles: NCI-IDD in 2026–2027, 2028–2029, and 2030–2031; NCI-AD in 2027–2028 and 2029–2030; potential Children’s Waiver Satisfaction Surveys in 2028–2029 and 2030–2031.
Anticipated volume: Up to 1,100 NCI-IDD, 1,255 NCI-AD, and approximately 500–600 children’s surveys per applicable cycle; final quantities may vary.
Staffing and outreach: Recruit, screen, train, and manage interviewers; contact participants, schedule interviews, and obtain written consent. Include criminal background and motor vehicle checks.
Interview methods: In person and by video for all survey types, plus telephone for NCI-AD. Include travel, Spanish-language support, interpretation, and disability accommodations.
Technology and quality: Provide HIPAA-compliant devices, communications, and technical support; enter responses directly into provided systems and conduct quality checks on at least 5% of completed interviews.
Pricing: Provide fixed fees and per-completed-survey rates by survey type and method. Separately price optional sample management, mapping, survey programming, databases, data submission, and reporting.
