What the job is
Capacity: Approximately 212 GPM average flow and 276 GPM maximum flow; confirm through hydraulic evaluations and flow studies.
Investigations: Surveying, base mapping, geotechnical investigations, and subsurface utility research and potholing.
Design: Evaluate flooded suction, self-priming, and in-line configurations; prepare preliminary and final designs for the station, associated pipeline relocations and tie-ins, electrical service, standby power, controls, and SCADA.
Preconstruction support: Cost estimates, scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, and construction pricing review.
Continuity and schedule: Plan bypass pumping, sequencing, startup, and commissioning to keep the existing station operational until replacement; target completion by June 2028.
Qualifications: Utah-licensed PE project manager; project manager and team experience with at least three similar wastewater pump station projects and at least one UDOT coordination and CM/GC project.
