Electrical and HVAC: Upgrade electrical systems and lighting; complete minor HVAC improvements.
Roofing: Patch the existing white membrane roof using a GAF-certified contractor; verify the membrane product before quoting.
Separate alternate: Remove museum carpet, grind and level the floor with self-leveler, and install new carpet.
Demolition coordination: Coordinate with owner-provided asbestos testing and removal for approximately 250 square feet of restroom ceiling texture and potentially affected door cores.
Completion: Substantial completion by May 30, 2027.
