Printing: Print both sides of 8.5 × 11-inch, 20 lb white bond paper, with color on one side and black-and-white on the reverse.
Envelopes: Supply #10 standard-window envelopes printed black-and-white on one side, and fold, insert, and mail notices.
Data: Receive raw data through secure FTP, format personalized notices, provide proofs for approval, and provide electronic copies sorted by parcel number.
Mail preparation: Sort by ZIP code, add Intelligent Mail barcodes, and mail through a USPS-approved distribution center for the lowest available postal rates.
Schedule: Receive data no later than five business days before mailing; notices must arrive by July 22 each year.
Optional insert: Provide a single-sided color insert measuring one-third of an 8.5 × 11-inch sheet on 20 lb white bond, including cutting and insertion.
