MonumentsRehabilitate or replace damaged hardware and install protective monument boxes where needed. New monuments require a minimum 2-inch metal disk on minimum 5/8-inch-diameter, 24-inch-long pipe or rebar, with alternatives for rock or pavement.
Reference tiesPreserve existing evidence and establish at least four durable references per corner wherever possible, documenting bearings and distances.
DeliverablesProvide photos, field notes, coordinate spreadsheet, updated Corner Records submitted through the PLSS web application, and a filed Record of Survey.
QualificationsWork must be performed by a Utah-licensed Professional Land Surveyor following applicable Utah surveying requirements.
