Please quote demolition of four concrete pedestals and slab repair at 3219 Gillett Drive NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, and three concrete pedestals and slab repair at 12834 Hwy 210 E, Brainerd, MN 56401.

  • Bemidji pedestals: Reinforced concrete, each 12 inches × 17 inches × 5 feet.
  • Brainerd pedestals: Reinforced concrete, each 48 inches × 12 inches × 32 inches.
  • Demolition: Remove concrete to at least 1 inch below the existing slab surface.
  • Disposal: Haul away and legally dispose of debris.
  • Slab repair: Pour new concrete and finish it level with the existing slab.
  • Completion: Complete all work by December 17, 2026.
