What the job is
System: Integrated struvite precipitation package for anaerobically digested sludge; specified options are Ovivo EloVac, Centrisys/CNP MagPrex, or Schwing Bioset-NuReSys.
Capacity: Continuous operation at 118,000 gallons/day average and 156,000 gallons/day maximum month; design feed is 1.8% total solids, 186 mg/L ortho-P as P, 90–110°F, and pH 6.9–7.3.
Performance: Ortho-P reduction of 85% at current conditions and 90% at design conditions, or 25 mg/L ortho-P as P; treated pH 6.5–8.0, verified through dewatering pressate testing.
Equipment: Reactors with 316 stainless steel wetted metallic components, feed/discharge pumps and VFDs, required blowers or vacuum pumps, valves, instrumentation, and chemical feed systems. Pump duty points are 77 and 109 gpm, with 18 ft feed head and 16 ft discharge head.
Chemical storage: Outdoor double-wall polyethylene magnesium chloride tank with heating, fill station, and minimum 30-day storage; indoor peristaltic dosing skid.
Controls: Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC and touchscreen HMI, Ethernet/IP integration, and NEMA 4X 316 stainless steel panels; applicable equipment suitable for Class I, Division 2 locations.
Support: Include design, shop drawings, freight, spare parts, manuals, at least 80 hours of installation assistance across two visits, commissioning, operator training, and functional/performance testing.
Delivery and warranty: Delivery within six months after final submittal approval; minimum one-year mechanical warranty, three-year valve/actuator warranty, and five-year field instrument warranty. U.S.-produced equipment and materials with origin certificates required.
