What the job is
- Schedule: Approximately eight visits per year, April through October, including two visits each in June and July.
- Mowing: Cut turf to 4 inches; mulch or bag clippings and leave no clumps.
- Edging and trimming: Edge curbs and drainage channels and trim around trees, beds, fences, signs, and structures on each mowing day.
- Cleanup: Remove litter and debris, clean hard surfaces, and dispose of waste.
- Site protection and photos: Maintain a 5-foot vegetation buffer at the playa lake and provide before-and-after photos for each visit.
