AreaApproximately 9,600 square feet across the main laboratory and tag building.
Main buildingVacuum, sweep, dust mop, clean carpets, empty and clean trash cans, and dispose of trash in the onsite dumpster. Clean light switches, drinking fountains, restrooms, kitchen counters, sinks and appliances, and front and side entrance glass. Refill paper towel dispensers.
Tag buildingClean and disinfect restroom fixtures; sweep, dust and mop floors.
ScheduleWeekly, outside business hours of 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Friday.
SuppliesProvide labor, cleaning supplies and equipment. Paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap and trash liners are supplied onsite; brooms, mops and mop buckets are available.
Service logRecord arrival/departure times and completed tasks after each visit, available by the next business day. Exclude employee desktops and computer equipment from cleaning.
