Term and frequency: Three years; 4–30 cleanings per month depending on location, with park restrooms serviced seven days a week.
Schedule: Routine cleaning between 5:00 AM and 2:00 PM; designated entrance, elevator, and floor tasks completed before 8:00 AM.
Cleaning scope: Restroom sanitation, trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, high-touch disinfection, carpet care, periodic floor buffing/stripping/waxing, and litter pickup within 20 feet of buildings. Maintain APPA Level 2 cleanliness.
Supplies and equipment: Include all labor, equipment, cleaning products, and restroom consumables; HEPA-certified vacuums, Bay West Green Seal Certified tissue/towels/soap compatible with existing dispensers, and Empress seat covers. Bleach is not permitted.
Staffing: Include Level 2 background screening and additional screening for police facilities; emergency cleaning response within three hours, available 24/7.
Coverage: Include required liability insurance, $2 million umbrella coverage, a $50,000 janitorial service bond, and $100,000 third-party crime/fidelity coverage.
Pricing: Provide monthly pricing by facility, plus separate hourly rates for event cleanup and optional day porter services.
