Benchmarking: Compare capabilities with similar infrastructure and utility owners and industry best practices; identify maturity gaps and delivery risks.
Deliverables: Final assessment report, prioritized recommendations, a phased five-year implementation roadmap with resource considerations, executive presentation, and facilitated leadership workshop. Implementation services are excluded.
Pricing: All-inclusive fixed lump sum with a task-level breakdown of estimated hours and rates. Anticipated budget is capped at $250,000.
