Estimating: Contractor-style, production-based, bottom-up estimates with independent quantity takeoffs using HCSS or equivalent software.
Project scope: Complex interstate widening, reconstruction, elevated structures, and traffic staging under Design-Build, CM/GC, and public-private partnership delivery.
Support: Risk assessment and pricing, constructability reviews, value engineering, estimate reconciliation, price negotiations, and independent quality reviews.
Scheduling: Review contractor schedules and develop independent critical path construction schedules as needed.
Team: Project manager, lead estimator, at least two discipline-specific estimators, scheduler, and quality control lead; core estimating personnel require at least 10 years of relevant contractor-perspective experience.
Delivery: Phased assignments with virtual and in-person meetings; independence from the developer/contractor team is required.
