What the job is
Chemicals: Price sodium bicarbonate, algae killers, cyanuric acid, muriatic acid, Palin test tablets, granular chlorine shock, calcium chloride flakes, and chlorine neutralizer in the specified package sizes.
Maintenance: Provide routine service and as-needed repairs for pool chemical, filtration, pump, UV, pH control, and automation equipment. Closed-loop calcium hypochlorite systems and their dedicated feed equipment are excluded.
Service terms: Routine work is during 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; emergency requests require a response within 24 hours. Include routine and emergency hourly rates, materials markup, and response times.
Term: Service begins January 1, 2027, for one year, with up to four annual renewals.
