What the job is
Facility: Approximately 5,100 sq ft: 2,500 sq ft of hard flooring and 2,600 sq ft of carpet.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00–9:00 PM ET, excluding holidays. Estimated start November 23, 2026; one year with four annual renewal options.
Daily cleaning: Vacuum, sweep and mop floors; disinfect surfaces and exam rooms; clean entrance and reception glass; service four single-stall restrooms and five sinks; empty 27 trash cans. Biohazard waste is handled by facility staff.
Periodic cleaning: Weekly entrance sweeping; monthly high dusting, cleaning of 10 interior windows, floor buffing and sidewalk cleaning; quarterly cleaning of six blinds, baseboards and walls; twice-yearly stripping, waxing and buffing hard floors, carpet/rug/mat cleaning and exterior window cleaning. Deep floor cleaning requires preapproved weekends.
Supplies and staffing: Include labor, supervision, commercial-grade equipment and cleaning products. The facility supplies trash liners, paper products and hand soap. Staff require SLED background checks and sex offender registry screening before starting.
Site visit: Mandatory October 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET at the service location.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive monthly rate covering routine and periodic services.
