Mechanical clearing: Estimated 5,000,000 SF light, 1,250,000 SF intermediate, and 1,250,000 SF heavy clearing; minimum 10-foot clear width, including assessment, flagging, and debris removal.
Tree removal: Estimated 150 trees 4–12 inches in diameter, 60 trees 12.1–24 inches, and 30 trees 24.1 inches or larger; include removal and offsite disposal.
Herbicide treatment: Estimated 4,000,000 SF; achieve 95% root kill, inspect after 30 days, and retreat as needed at no additional charge.
Fences and verification: Remove and replace approximately 100 LF each of wood/plastic, chain-link, and ornamental fencing/gates; verify accessibility for 100 existing easements.
Included costs: Labor, equipment, materials, access, traffic control, erosion control, property notifications, surface restoration, and work documentation.
Applicators: At least two South Carolina licensed commercial applicators with right-of-way certification; aquatic and ornamental/turf certifications also required across the team.
