What the job is
Equipment: 78 elevators and chair lifts, including hydraulic, traction, and platform lift equipment from multiple manufacturers.
Maintenance: Quarterly servicing, preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs, with written inspection and service reports.
Testing: Annual inspections and CAT 1 safety testing, plus CAT 5 testing when due, in accordance with applicable ANSI A17.1 standards.
Emergency service: 24/7 monitoring and emergency callbacks with arrival on site within two hours, at no additional callback charge.
Parts: New replacement parts meeting or exceeding original manufacturer quality; include OEM list-price discount and parts/materials markup.
Pricing: Separate elevator and chair lift pricing for quarterly service, regular and after-hours labor, and CAT 1/CAT 5 testing for each of five years. Itemize repair labor, materials, and equipment rentals.
Term: One year initially, with annual renewals for up to five years total.
