What the job is
Preparation: Remove carpet, patch, level, clean, and prepare floors to ASTM F710 and manufacturer specifications. Floors must be level within 1/16 inch for new X-ray equipment.
Flooring: Nora Noraplan Sentica rubber sheet, 2 mm thick, color 6524 Frost Bite; butt seams, with welded seams where required. Include 10% extra material for attic stock.
Base and transitions: 6-inch Roppe Pinnacle rubber cove base, color 197 Iceberg; listed quantity approximately 100 sq. ft., to be verified. Include two 3-foot transitions.
Schedule: Complete during the week of December 5, 2026; coordinate with campus staff and GE representatives. Include night and weekend work as needed.
Pricing: Itemize labor and materials, including freight, installation, final cleaning, and offsite debris disposal with your own dumpster.
