What the job is
Inspection: Free initial site inspection, with findings included in the quote.
Pest control: General insects, rodents, termites, and bed bugs; prioritize monitoring, prevention, and trapping, with pesticides used only as needed. Stinging insect treatment covers areas up to 12 feet high.
Wildlife control: Nuisance wildlife trapping, removal, and humane handling; traps must be checked daily.
Credentials: At least two years of relevant experience, applicable Pennsylvania pesticide business and applicator licenses, and a wildlife control permit for wildlife services. Liability insurance must cover pesticide applications.
Service records: Maintain a site log documenting inspections, treatments, products used, and service times.
Emergency service: Complete emergency pest control work within four hours of a request, subject to required pesticide notifications; wildlife services may include nights and weekends.
