Size: Municipal Hall: 32,607 SF across four floors; Recreation Center: 13,939 SF across three floors.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, excluding observed holidays; after 4:30 p.m. at Municipal Hall and after 8:30 p.m. at the Recreation Center.
Routine cleaning: Floors, trash and recycling, restrooms, showers, locker rooms, kitchens, common areas, gym floors, glass, and high-touch surfaces; replenish restroom supplies.
Periodic cleaning: Weekly dusting and detail cleaning; monthly interior windows, baseboards, and vents; semiannual carpet extraction, hard-floor deep cleaning, gym-floor cleaning, and applicable stripping/refinishing.
Staffing: Background-checked, uniformed personnel with visible identification; additional screening and secure-area access requirements apply.
Coverage: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, $1 million workers’ compensation, and a minimum $50,000 janitorial bond.
Pricing: Include all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning materials, and consumables. Provide monthly pricing by facility and floor for 2027 and annual pricing by facility for 2027–2029, plus optional years 2030–2031.
Service term: January 4, 2027–December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions; January 2027 billed as a full month.
