What the job is
Facility: Approximately 2,775 square feet, including a 1,700-square-foot main hall and a 1,075-square-foot kitchen/garage, restroom, and office addition.
Assessment and design: Evaluate structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; design foundation, siding, roofing, door, and window repairs, accessibility improvements, and code and energy upgrades while preserving historic character.
Environmental and preservation: Include hazardous materials assessment and remediation planning, plus documentation and protection of historic furnishings and artifacts.
Deliverables and support: Provide complete permit and construction documents, cost estimates, value engineering, bidding support, construction administration with biweekly site meetings, closeout, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals and drawings.
Required site meeting: Attend either October 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM or October 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
