Operational reviews: Evaluate department performance, program effectiveness, internal controls, and improvement opportunities using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Strategic planning: Develop and support implementation of a comprehensive plan with stakeholder input, short- and long-term goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Additional support: Assess alternative funding and program initiatives, review asset management models, and assist with annual planning and reporting.
Experience: Affordable housing consulting and familiarity with applicable housing program requirements.
Pricing: Provide an estimated strategic planning cost with hours and staff rates, plus hourly rates for all proposed staff. Services will be assigned as needed over a two-year base period with three optional one-year extensions.
