Roofing: Inspections, leak detection, minor repairs, and roof drainage cleaning; excludes full replacement and structural work.
Facility controls: Predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance of existing proprietary systems; manufacturer, authorized dealer, or authorized reseller status required. Excludes new systems and expansions.
