What the job is
Tank: 15,000-gallon aboveground diesel fuel tank.
Cleaning: Remove residual liquid and sludge, sandblast the interior per coating manufacturer requirements, and remove blast media, fines, and dust.
Lining: Apply Bar Rust 236 or equivalent at 5–6 mils thickness; inspect and repair missed spots.
Included work: Supply all labor, materials, equipment, and replacement parts; protect internal equipment and reinstall the manway after site approval.
Site requirements: Manage permits, inspections, environmental sampling/testing, and final reports; provide a PA-certified TL person onsite throughout the operation and properly handle and dispose of all waste.
Labor: Include applicable prevailing wages and weekly/final payroll certifications.
Completion and warranty: Complete by June 30, 2027, with a minimum one-year limited warranty on work and parts.
