What the job is
Tank: Install a direct replacement condensate tank supplied and delivered to the Building 6 loading dock by the facility.
Removal and installation: Disconnect and reconnect piping, valves, controls, and electrical connections; move the old tank from the mechanical room to the loading dock for facility disposal.
Existing components: Reuse pumps, fittings, valves, and steam traps; identify defective parts and quote replacements separately. Reinsulate disturbed piping.
Shutdown: Complete replacement within a maximum two-day shutdown. Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.
Warranty: Include a one-year materials and labor warranty.
Site visit: Mandatory attendance October 16, 2026, at 8:00 AM; clearance forms due October 14, 2026, by 9:00 AM.
Pricing: Include all labor, installation materials, equipment, and insurance, with prevailing wage requirements.
