Format: Finished size 8.375" × 10.625"; Hibrite 32/72# paper; CMYK front and back covers with black interior pages; glued or stapled binding as applicable.
Volume and pricing: Approximately 2–6 elections annually. Please provide unit pricing for 24–112 pages in 8-page increments, with quantity tiers of 0–50,000, 50,001–100,000, 100,001–150,000, and 150,001+ copies.
Prepress: Electronic print-ready files supplied; electronic proofs required, with paper proofs upon request.
Mailing: Household mailing or ballot inserts, as directed. Include addressing, presorting, Intelligent Mail Barcodes, USPS preparation and delivery, postage coordination, and CASS/NCOA processing if requested. Required bulk-mail credentials must be maintained.
Schedule: Production within 5–20 calendar days; mailing preparation and USPS delivery completed at least 30 days before each election.
