Term: Approximately two years, with an option to extend one additional year.
Scope: Independent risk assessments, quality standards and planning, quality control reviews of project and implementation deliverables, and a lessons learned report. Follow PMBOK and ISO 12207 standards.
Reporting: Up to nine quality status reports and nine quarterly quality assurance reports/presentations; weekly project status meetings and monthly project team and steering committee meetings.
Optional services: Additional security reviews and independent solution/security testing, if activated.
Staffing: Personnel must pass criminal background checks and remain independent of the implementation team and other project support providers.
Pricing: Provide fixed prices by deliverable and hourly rates by personnel position, including travel and related expenses.
