Analysis: Assess existing and future conditions, safety, connectivity, travel demand, vehicle miles traveled, and transportation alternatives.
Engagement: Support community outreach, advisory meetings, equity analysis, and translation and interpretation.
Deliverables: Prepare prioritized projects, planning-level cost estimates, funding forecasts, a financially constrained project list, draft and final plans, and implementing code amendments.
Additional review: Provide facility impact assessments and alternatives analysis for projects requiring enhanced review.
Schedule: Anticipated March 2027 start and December 2029 completion.
