What they need
- Implementation roadmapDevelop a five-year roadmap, implementation templates, and operational guidance, with an initial roadmap draft in Month 1.
- Network facilitationFacilitate monthly Hub director meetings, participate in quarterly council meetings, establish communication channels, and launch communities of practice.
- Measurement frameworkDraft shared indicators and a measurement framework by Month 2, including a baseline assessment of Hub capacity and professional learning needs.
- CommunicationsDeliver a communications plan and outreach materials for K–12, postsecondary, workforce, and tribal partners by Month 4.
- Reporting and completionProvide monthly meeting summaries and a Month 6 progress and transition report; complete all deliverables by June 30, 2027.
- PricingInclude hourly rates, estimated hours by task, travel, materials, other expenses, and an invoicing schedule. Total project costs must not exceed $100,000.
