What they need
- AcousticsProvide acoustic modeling demonstrating RT60 of 1.5–1.7 seconds; panels must have minimum NRC 0.80 tested per ASTM C423.
- MaterialsRECORE or approved equal; washable, scrubbable, non-shedding surfaces with sealed edges, ASTM E84 Class A rating, and resistance to moisture, impact, vibration, and light chemical exposure. Provide corrosion-resistant mounting and a minimum 10-year service life.
- Work conditionsKeep the repair shop operational, completing one section at a time, each no larger than 20% of the work area. Include working around or moving machinery. Work hours are weekdays, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays.
- Site visitMandatory walkthrough November 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific at the project site; full attendance required.
