Support: 24/7 support for critical production issues, with a one-hour initial response during implementation and stabilization.
Pricing: Provide five-year costs, separating one-time and recurring charges, individual modules and bundles, licensing tiers and dependencies, and professional services by role, hours, rate, and phase.
