Hosting and support: U.S.-based hosting and backups, 99.9% uptime, encryption, staff multifactor authentication, daily backups, and 24/7 critical incident reporting with a one-hour initial response.
Delivery and pricing: Approximately six months to launch, staff training, and 60-day post-launch support. Itemize implementation and annual managed-service costs for five years, including licenses, maintenance, and end-of-term data export.
