Scale: Four Continuums of Care, approximately 218 participating organizations and 836 users, with licensing capacity for 860 users; support for 1,000 concurrent users and 1 TB of data.
Core features: Intake, case management, coordinated entry, housing matching, shelter inventory, referrals, outreach with offline access, fund management, participant portal, and integrated learning management.
Reporting: Current FY 2026 HMIS data standards, APR/CAPER/LSA/SPM/PIT/HIC reports, CSV exports, and custom reporting access for approximately 173 users.
Implementation: Configuration, integrations, cleansing and migration from one existing HMIS, testing, staff training, and transition support. Target go-live is September 2, 2027.
Hosting and security: Dedicated secure SaaS instance, encryption, role-based access, MFA, audit logs, daily database exports, disaster recovery, 99.5% uptime, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
Pricing: Itemize implementation, licensing, hosting, training, and five years of maintenance and support, including any third-party fees.
