What the job is
Vehicular gates: Two automated sliding cantilever gates matching the fencing, with card access, maximum 10-second opening/closing time, ASTM F2200 compliance, and UL 325 operators with entrapment protection.
Pedestrian gates: Four ADA-compliant, self-closing swing gates with leaves no wider than 48 inches, automatic assistance, electric latching, card access, and Von Duprin 98/99 panic hardware or approved equal. Besam/ASSA ABLOY SW200i operators required; no substitutions.
Electrical and access control: Power, conduit, wiring, grounding, and low-voltage cabling; integration with existing building access control and matching panels, readers, and sensors. Include integrated video/audio guest entry with single-manufacturer components.
Site work and engineering: Required demolition, salvage and relocation, concrete and asphalt restoration, permits, and delegated design by Oregon-licensed engineers.
Schedule and warranty: Substantial completion within 90 calendar days of authorization to proceed; final completion within 30 days thereafter. Ten-year fence/gate warranty and at least one-year access-control installation warranty.
