Equipment: Surface-mounted, low-energy operator with battery backup; basis of design is ASSA ABLOY SW100, with compliant Stanley or NABCO products also acceptable. Include a wireless steel push plate with accessibility markings.
Standards: Meet ADA and ANSI/BHMA A156.19-2019 requirements; include adjustment, required signage, AAADM-certified inspection, and a one-year warranty.
Site conditions: Building remains occupied. Clean daily and paint exposed conduits in public areas to match surrounding surfaces.
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; complete by November 30, 2026. Ohio contractor licensing required.
