Vehicle gate: Install a galvanized Tymetal PLUSS vehicle gate system with 14-foot gate height, PLUSS VSC operator, 2-3/8-inch frame, CB overhead beam, W4 locking column, chain tube and hardware.
Controls and foundations: Install an interior three-button station wired to the guard tower, replace conduits as needed, fully replace the grade beam with 3,000 PSI concrete, and install 4-inch OD SS40 galvanized gate posts.
Fencing and pedestrian gate: Replace the galvanized chain-link swing gate to match the existing opening, with 3-inch OD SS40 posts; provide 2-inch, 9-gauge galvanized mesh, 36 inches above the slide gate and 120 inches on fencing; 1-5/8-inch OD SS40 rails, 9-gauge steel ties and 7-gauge coil wire.
Security and footings: Install 30-inch stainless steel single-coil super maze razor tape above the gate and fence, peen fitting bolts, and replace fence footings with 36-inch-deep, 3,000 PSI concrete.
Installation and warranty: Include electrical integration, field welding, equipment, debris disposal and site restoration, plus a two-year labor, materials and workmanship warranty with on-site response within 24 hours.
