Routine cleaning: Restrooms, offices, public lobby, warehouse, kitchen and conference room; include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, entrance glass cleaning and dispenser restocking. Exclude employee desks within cubicles.
Periodic tasks: Selected dusting and conference room cleaning three times weekly, drinking fountains twice weekly, parking lot litter pickup weekly, vents and awning cobweb removal monthly, and refrigerator interiors and low-ceiling light fixtures annually.
Supplies: Include labor, equipment and cleaning products. Client provides paper products, hand and dish soap, trash bags, deodorants and restroom sanitary supplies.
Pricing: Please provide an all-inclusive monthly rate and a separate rate for additional cleaning requests.
