Schedule: Two cleaners Monday–Friday, 5:00–8:00 p.m., totaling six labor hours daily, plus 10 documented hours monthly for periodic work outside regular hours.
Cleaning: Restroom sanitation, trash and recycling removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, periodic carpet extraction, and floor stripping, finishing, and buffing.
Supplies and equipment: Provide all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, restroom consumables, and equipment. Required on-site equipment includes HEPA vacuums, two air blowers, a portable spot extractor, two high-capacity dispenser systems, a walk-behind micro scrubber, and a carpet extractor.
Staffing: Background-approved personnel, two cleared backup cleaners, and on-site supervision.
Pricing: Provide fixed pricing for December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, plus two optional two-year renewals through November 30, 2031.
