Schedule: Three days per week, November 1, 2026–June 30, 2028.
Routine cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces; mop floors, vacuum carpets and mats, dust surfaces, remove trash, and empty exterior receptacles.
Monthly: Wash interior and exterior windows, clean fixtures and detail surfaces, and machine buff and polish hard floors.
Semiannual: Strip hard floors and apply five coats of wax, moving and replacing furniture; shampoo mats each April and October; remove and clean light diffusers.
Annual: Shampoo carpets each April, including beneath furniture. Carpet cleaning and floor stripping must occur after closing Saturday or Sunday morning.
Supplies: Provide cleaning supplies, soap, trash liners, and sanitary receptacle bags. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided onsite.
